RED CARDS:     Please note that coaches are responsible to ensure that players who receive a red card must sit out at least one game, which should be the game played immediately after the game in which the player was carded. As with all FIFA games (we follow FIFA rules), if a player who received a red card plays another game prior to sitting out his minimum suspension, the team will forfeit that game, by a 3-0 score. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please note that this is both an FIFA and State rule. Most individuals involved with our league have been involved with other leagues and know fully well what this rule is all about. Claiming ignorance of the rule is no excuse. There have been games in which the referees have failed to notify us of red card infractions, but that does not nullify the red card. If the coach fails to follow this rule, we will then deal with the coach by imposing the appropriate suspension.
